Back Your Sh#t Up!

The Community Builders program tends to involve informal groups and quick momentum. Have a think about:

-
creating a list of information assets (logos, key documents, key software) so you can keep them safe and so everyone knows where they are

-
making sure access to key systems or information assets doesn't rest with a single person

-
backing up key resources eg. website content

-
be clear on ownership -> information assets (like this website or ideas created as part of the process) belong to the community, not to individuals. They are simply the custodians.

All videos are made using canva, and there was judicious use of ChatGPT. If you are not confident using digital tools or your eye for design needs work, you likely know someone who's a boss at it.
